At the moment, we **do not offer a direct trial program**. However, you **can still access a 14-day free trial** by using a **user invite**.

## 2. My Payment Didn’t Go Through — What Should I Do?

We use a third-party payment processor (**Stripe**) to handle all transactions, which means we don’t have direct control over payment issues.

#### **✅ What You Can Do:**

Please contact your **payment provider (bank or card issuer)** to check if they can identify why the transaction failed. Common reasons include:

* Insufficient funds
* Card restrictions (e.g., international payments)
* Bank security blocks
* Expired or incorrect card details

Once the issue is resolved, you can try the payment again.

You can apply your **discount code directly on the checkout page** when you subscribe to Scrintal.

## 5. What Happens to My Data if Scrintal Shuts Down?

Scrintal is a stable and growing company with no plans to shut down. That said, **your data always belongs to you**, and we’ve made it easy to export your content whenever you need.

## 6. How Do I Get a Student Discount?

Scrintal offers a 30% student discount to make our platform more accessible for learners and researchers.

1. **Subscribe using your university email address** (e.g. ending in `.edu`, `.ac.uk`, etc.).
2. The **student discount will automatically apply** at checkout.
